Barbara Ann Gregory-Rusnack

Barbara Gregory Rusnack, 89, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

Barbara was born Sunday, October 14, 1934 to the late Ernest and Nettie (Langford) Newberry and lived in the Norton area most of her life. She worked for The Ford Motor Company. Barbara was a faithful member of The Akron Baptist Temple and then City Church AC. She loved teaching Sunday School, being with her family, and her flowers.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her first husband, William Gregory; son, Marvin Gregory, second husband, John Rusnack, grandson, Curt Gregory. She is survived by her children, Gary (Val) Gregory, David (Bev) Gregory, Marilyn (Dave) Hill, Debbie (Ed) Knopp; daughter-in-law, Brenda Gregory; step-son, Judd Rusnack; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Cheryl Dozier; and many other loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 23, 2024, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (Norton), 3250 Greenwich Road, Norton, Ohio 44203. Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 23, 2024, 12:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Dallas Billington Officiating. Barbara's final resting place will be Greenlawn Memorial Park.
