Barbara E. Myers

Barbara E. Myers, 84, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022. She was born on Monday, May 17, 1937 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Kay and Thelma (Bachtel) Anderson and lived in the Barberton area all her life. Barbara was a faithful member of River of Life Ministries. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee, bowling and going camping. Barbara loved her family and enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports.

Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick G.; siblings, David Anderson, Patricia Colazzo, and Tom Anderson.

She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Becky) Myers, Fred (Cheryl) Myers, Chris (Jennifer) Myers; sister, Sandra Nelson;  grandchildren, Nicholas (Kasey), Benjamin, Alexander (Brittany), Curtis (Hannah), Colin (Hayley), Bryce; great-grandchildren, Gino, Olive, Gaven, Maverick, Jameson; and many other loving family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Bacher Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd., Norton, OH on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 5 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. Private interment will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
