Bobby Frost

Bobby R. Frost , 83, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by family on July 27, 2021. He was born May 24, 1938 in Richlands, VA to the late Arnold and Mary (Hunnell) Frost .

At age 13, Bobby met the love of his life, Geneva . He knew immediately he would marry and spend the rest of his years endeavoring to make her happy. The years parted them as she moved away with her family while he served honorably in the US Navy from 1955 – 1959. Bobby and Geneva were reunited and married in 1961. They went on to have four children, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Bobby was a devoted family man and a dedicated father. He worked as an electrician, was a volunteer fire fighter and Scout Master. Bobby was a lover of nature and an avid outdoorsman who could be found many peaceful mornings with a hot cup of coffee watching the birds. He was a truly kind soul, always there with a smile and words of wisdom when they were needed. Bobby vowed to love Geneva until his last breath and he kept his promise. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Geneva ; children, Susan Torok , Robert Frost , LeeAnn (Stephen) Howell and Kimberly Smith ; sisters, Carol Austin , and Judy Edwards ; grandchildren, Christopher Frost , Stephanie (Rane) Hawkins , Patrick (Becky) Andrews , Susan Howell , Eddie (Amber) Andrews , Stephen Howell , Amber Frost , and Krystal Smith ; great-grandchildren, Tristan Z. , Tristan R. , Kayden , Mason , Ramona , Alexandria , and Madeline . He was preceded in death by his sister, Scarlet Edwards ; brothers, Curtis and Donald Frost .

Funeral services will be held at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd. on Saturday, July 31st at 2 PM. There will be visitation one hour prior to the service. Lynn Gorman officiating. Interment at Ohio Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
