Carol J. Dean

Carol J. Dean, 78, passed away on February 8, 2021.  She was born June 1, 1942 in Akron, OH to the late John and Elsie Vaughn. She was a secretary for Akron City Hospital and enjoyed gardening, her 3 cats and spending time with her family. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will be dearly missed.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry and her grandson, Mikey.  She is survived by her children, Staci (Doug) Dodson, Jerry (Cathy) Dean, Michael (Dianna) Dean; grandchildren, Terry, Nahlon, Sr., Jessica, Jeremy, Courtney, Alicia, Levi, Mikey, Kacie, Natalie, Kelsey, Nicole; great-grandchildren, Seth, Cali, Nicholas, Emma, Alina, Zella, Nahlon, Jr.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd. on Friday, February 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Private family services would have already taken place. 

Interment at Manchester Cemetery.
