Celeste Miller

Celeste Miller, 68, loving wife of Don Miller, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Celeste and Don were married for 42 years. All who witnessed the love that they shared would agree, it contained all the ingredients of a beautiful marriage.

Celeste is also survived by her loving sister, Adele Berardi, sisters-in-law, Maria Santoferraro, and Michelle Renee, devoted family members of Don: Deb and Dan Yung, Dave and Angie Rogers, Dr. Steven Rogers, Todd Rogers and many other caring nieces, nephews, cousins, and a circle of North Hill friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Frances (Musci) Santoferraro, brother, Vincent D. Santoferraro, brother-in-law, David Berardi and beloved aunt, Joanne Watts.

Celeste was employed by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for 34 years as an Administrative Clerk. When you were in the presence of Celeste, she had that “certain something” that made you feel just a little bit better about yourself. In her soft spoken way, she was a great giver of compliments. Establishing endearing friendships was one of her greatest pleasures. In her memory, be a great giver of compliments yourself.

Calling hours will be at the Hennessy-Bagnoli-Moore Family Funeral Home, 936 North Main Street, Akron, Ohio, 44310, on Friday, April 14, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 83 Mosser Place, Akron, Ohio, 44310, with Father Edward Burba officiating on Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 11:00AM. Celeste’s final resting place will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Private burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Anthony Catholic Church.
