Obituary for Christina in Denise Williams

Christina Denise Williams age 55 flew up to be with the Lord peacefully on November 14, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.  Christina was an amazing outspoken mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.  Christina was born March 21, 1964 in Ravenna Ohio to Janet and Charlie Williams.  Christina was a STNA and had been so for over 25 years. 

Christina joins her father, Charlie Williams; her mother Janet Williams and her husband, Charles Foster.  Christina is survived by her children, Ashley (Curtis Ransom), Kimberly (Felicia Foster), Charlie (Isaiah Sanders), and Lisa Foster; brothers Samuel Williams and Tommy Williams; and five grandchildren, Kaleiah, Kaden, Kamiyah and Eliana Sander and Mason Ransom.

Besides working, Christina’s life was devoted to her grandbabies and loved having sleepovers with them.  Christina had a heart of gold and put everyone else before herself.  All that ever mattered was her children and grandbabies.  She was very bright, loving, caring, and concerned.  Christina’s beautiful blue eyes could light up a room.   She had the ability to sense when people needed help and would give her last, always.  Christina was so full of life even in the darkest of times, she was extremely strong and never gave up on anything.  Christina was the backbone of her family, she touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.

There will be a private immediate family viewing followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial to honor and remember Christina on Saturday, 3:00 pm at United Church of Jesus Christ, 420 South Prospect Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
