Cy Michael Macko

Cy Michael Macko, 48 passed away April 18, 2021.

Cy was born in Barberton to Thomas and Martha (Zipay) Macko and lived in Wadsworth.  He worked for Babcock & Wilcox as a financial controller.  He was a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, class of 1994 and served as a Captain in the US Army with the 106th Financial Battalion in Kitzingen, Germany.

Cy is survived by his wife of 27 years, Tina Kish-Macko; children, Michaela and Colby Macko; brother, Sol (Shelly) Macko and their son Sean; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Steven “Skeeter” and Joyce Kish.

Memorial visitation will be Sunday, May 2, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd., Norton, Ohio 44203.  Cy’s final resting place will be Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
