Doris Louise Minnick

Doris L. Minnick, 94, passed away peacefully on Sunday June 11, 2023, joining her beloved husband of 66 years in heaven.

Doris was born on Tuesday, January 22, 1929 to the late Arthur and Ida Lulling. She lived most of her life in Akron, Ohio as a devoted wife and mother. Doris was a faithful member of Hope Lutheran Church.

Doris loved cooking, baking, crafting and sewing.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her spouse, Russell Dale Minnick and son, Rodney Minnick.
She is survived by her son, Steven (Dawn) Minnick and her great-granddaughter, Mariah Hargett.

A private internment has taken place and Doris’s final resting place is at Greenlawn Memorial Park

The family would like to thank the staff at the Village of St. Edwards, Wadsworth campus and Crossroads Hospice Staff for their loving care of Doris over the past few years.
