Elizabeth B. Miller
Elizabeth B. Miller, 94, passed peacefully away Monday, March 7, 2022. She was born on Sunday, June 12, 1927 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late Fred and Ella (Fernyak) Winkler. Elizabeth graduated from Norton High School and attended The Barberton School of Commerce. In 1947, she married Donald Larimore where she had three great years and a daughter before he passed. Elizabeth worked at Citizen's Bank until 1958. She then met Charles Miller and was happily married for 48 years and had 2 more daughters.
Anyone who came across her path knew that they were loved, important, and special in her eyes. Her bright smile lit up every room. Her sense of humor and wit were unmatched, just like her famous pies that were unreplicable. Elizabeth loved reading, watching the birds, collecting rocks, listening to Polka music, and attending her Bible study group, as well as being the best grandmother anyone could have.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her spouses, Donald Larimore, Charles Miller, sister, Ruth Honaker. She is survived by her daughters, Donna (Robert) Salisbury, Susan (Blaine) Airwyck, Janet (Richard) Willse; grandchildren, Callie (Aaron) Butcher, Valerie Stringfield, Kevin Willse, Allison (Ian) Davis, Meredith Willse; great-grandchildren, Evan Butcher, Ava Butcher, Cooper Davis; sisters, Nancy Mackin, Judith (Richard) Sanders; and many other beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nursing staff at Concordia at Sumner, especially Judy and Coffy, as well as the Grace Hospice nurse Kim.
Visitation will be at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd, Norton, OH, 44203 on Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m., Jane Piehl officiating. Elizabeth's final resting place will be Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron, Ohio.
