Eric D. Hill
Eric D. Hill, 57, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Eric was born on Thursday, December 1, 1966. He lived in the Akron area for most of his life and was a graduate of Kenmore High School. Growing up, he attended the Akron Baptist Temple where he acquired a love of music. Eric truly enjoyed singing, particularly southern gospel quartet music. He also had a love for golf, and spent many memorable times golfing with his dad and cousins.
Eric was preceded in death by his parents, Riley “Don” and Shirley Hill. He is survived by his sister, Eileen Hill (Scott Kresowaty); nephew, Cristian Morgan; fiancée, Latasha Davis; and many other loving family and friends.
The family would like to express special thanks to his cousin, Steve Hill, for his invaluable help and support of Eric throughout the years.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd., Akron, OH 44319, Rev. Ernie Kemppel officiating.
If desired, donations may be made to New Destiny Treatment Center (newdestiny.com), 6694 Taylor Road, Clinton, OH 44216, in memory of Eric D. Hill.
