Irene Mae George

Irene M. George, 89, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2024. She was born on Thursday, January 25, 1934 in Crawford County, OH to the late Arthur and Mabel (Snyder) Graham. 

Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Roy George.  She is survived by sister-in-laws, Sandra Bailey and Florence Hanzel; and her niece, Cheryl Mitchell; nephews, Darryl and Gary Bailey; and several other loving family and friends.

Private interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, OH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, 15610 Vaughn Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141, in memory of Irene George.
