I didn't know Jimmie very well but he was a nice man and a good neighbor. My son and family lives next door to him. We'd been introduced and every time he would see me he would wave and say hello. One winter when I fell getting out of my car; Jimmie called my son to let him know and from then on my son was very conscientious about salting the sidewalk. Jimmie came to one of my young granddaughter's softball games and I was touched. My deepest condolences for your loss, may he rest in peace.
