Jean Ianiro

Jean Marie Ianiro, 88, passed away on December 1, 2021.

She was born on January 4, 1933 in Linesville, Pennsylvania, to the late Jack and Gladys (Thompson) Siferd.

In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Ianiro; brother, James Siferd; and great-grandchild, Sara Martin. She is survived by daughter, Brenna (Joe) Stein of California, Christine (James) Smith of Akron, OH, Sally Ianiro of Cleveland Heights, OH, Mary Catherine Romano of Eastlake, OH.; grandchildren, Elise (Bob) Martin, John Miller, Steven (Danielle) Sankovich, Sally Miller (Scott Burgun, deceased); great-grandchildren, Sophia, Ethan, Andrew, and Connor Martin, and Nolan, Mallorie, Simone, and Vivian Sankovich, and Marly Miller; many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Barberton Friends Evangelical Church, 272 Robinson Ave., Barberton, OH 44203. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven of Rest Memories, 175 E. Market St., Akron, OH 44308, in memory of Jean Ianiro.
