Joanne Yacobucci, 91, passed away December 27, 2006. Joanne lived in Akronall her life. She was a graduate of KenmoreHigh Schooland played on their girl's basketball team. She retired from the Summit Co. Title Bureau. Joanne loved to travel. She was an avid bowler and traveled all over the country winning awards including The Beacon Journal Classic twice in the fifties. Joanne was an enthusiastic sports fan and loved to gamble at Mountaineer. She loved basketball and followed the Cleveland Cavaliers, LeBron James and the career of Joe Montana. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Joanne is preceded in death by her husband, Frank P. Sr.; son, Joseph R. Sr.; and son-in-law, Leonard Farabaugh. She is survived by her son, Frank P. Jr. (Marilyn) of Akron; daughter, Marianne of Akron; daughter-in-law, Paula of Akron; grandchildren, Joseph R. Jr. (Andrea) of Akron, Annette (Steve) Marble of Norton, Felecia (Wayne) Turley of Akron, Lisa Cooper of Akron and Franko (Shannon) of Akron; great-grandchildren, Anthony, Seth, Stephen, Skylar, Nicholas, Matthew, Kristin, Kayla, Steven, Shannon and Mya; foster daughter, Marietta Linn; and many other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, 10:00 am at HENNESSY-BAGNOLI FUNERAL HOME, 936 N. MAIN ST., AKRON. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
