Joseph C. Bigler

Joseph C. Bigler, 26, loving son, grandson, nephew, and friend passed away Monday, October 30, 2023.

Joseph was born Monday, September 22, 1997 in Marietta, GA and lived in the Akron and Barberton areas all his life.  He was a gentle soul who enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends, loved carpentry and was very inventive.  He worked for Amazon and loved his ElCamino.

Joseph was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Barbara Boettin, and James Bigler; and great-grandparents, Edith and Jack Bigler, and Viola Boettin.  He is survived by his mother, Amy (Jason Oatley) Boettin; father, Steven Bigler; sister, Nichole (Ryan) Bach; niece, Emersyn; nephew, Landon; grandfather, Joe (Karen) Hilliard; grandmother, Donna Hilliard; friends, Mikaila Carrington and Mike Rowe; and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service for Joseph will take place in the spring.
