Joseph A. Emminger Jr.

Joseph A. Emminger Jr. 70, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 after a long battle with diabetes. He was born September 27, 1951 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Joseph and Pauline Emminger. Joe was a 1970 graduate of Norton High School. He retired from Alsides after many years of service. Joe loved to golf, watch the Browns, Indians and Buckeyes, but most of all he loved to camp with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 9 years, Paula. Joe is survived by sister, Sharon (Dale) Genet; nephews, David (Nichole) Genet and Randy (Melissa) Genet; great-nephews and nieces, Cameron, Carter, Julia and Miley; and step-nephews and nieces, Morgan, Madison, and Marc Mellinger.

The family will greet friends at Bacher Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd. Norton, OH on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. with a service beginning at 7 p.m.
