COPLEY-Joseph Nalepa, 92, passed away November 5, 2008. Joseph was born in Zanesville, OH. He was a faithful member of St. Hedwig Church and worked for Youngstown Sheet and Tubing for 40 years. He served in the US Marine Corps. During World War II and was a member of PNA and PLAV post 87. Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Rose (Koshanszyk) Nalepa; brothers, Rudy and John; and sister, Nellie. He is survived by wife, Victoria of 44 years; brother, Frank; children, Connie Douglas, Kathy Saul and Joe Nalepa; step-children, Ken and Dennis Plonski and Antoinette Yanchak; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, 10:00 am at St. Hedwig Church, 215 E. Glenwood Ave., Akron. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 7 pm at HENNESSY-BAGNOLI FUNERAL HOME, 936 N. MAIN ST., AKRON. Joseph's final resting place will be HolyCrossCemetery.
