Karen Sue Gregorcic, 58, loving wife, mother, and friend passed away Monday, October 10, 2022.

Karen was born Saturday, August 8, 1964 to the late Jack and Katherine Hunt and lived in the Akron area all of her life.  She attended the University of Akron and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. She worked as a consultant for Equature most recently, and had a successful career as a 911 Dispatch Manager serving the Green, Coventry, and Lakemore areas.  She loved spending time with her family, boating, gardening, and lounging by the pool. 

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Rickus.  She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Louis Gregorcic; son, John Gregorcic; and many other loving family and countless friends.

A celebration of Karen’s life will be held on October 27, 2022 at 2:30 at the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge at 2610 Ley Drive in Akron. The family will receive guests and provide a meal from 2:00 - 6:00.
