Larry B. Ford, 87, passed away Friday, July 21, 2023.
Larry was born Monday, February 24, 1936 to the late Charles and Eileen (Emler) Ford and lived in Portage Lakes. He worked for Ohio Bell for over 30 years, graduated from Akron Ellet High School in 1954 and from the University of Akron in December 1969 and has a Honorable discharge from the US Army.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Ford; and sister, Shelly Croyle.  He is survived by his son, Mark (Michelle) Ford; grandchildren, Melissa (Joseph) Baum-Ford, Michael Ford; brother, Lanny Ford; and many other loving family and friends.
Graveside Service will be Sept. 16, 430 pm at Holy Cross Cemetery, 100 East Waterloo Road, Akron, Ohio 44319.
