M. Alice Kauslick. Age 92 - Barberton, OH

Margaret "Alice" Kauslick passed from this life on October 29, 2023, She was born in Fairmont, WV on April 28, 1931 to Wendell and Pauline (Moats) Moran. She was married to Richard "Dick" Richey for 47 years until his death in 1998. Later she remarried Al Kauslick. They were married 19 years until his death in 2019. As a young girl, she moved to Barberton, Ohio where she was first drummer in the marching band. She loved the Lord, her family, her church family and her hometown of Barberton. Alice was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. She enjoyed wintering in Florida and Sun City, Arizona.

In addition to her parents, and Richard and Al, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Virginia, Hubert, and Gene; and son-in-law Jeff Johnson. She leaves behind her children, Margaret (Bob) Herron, Jeff (Diane) Richey, Kathy Johnson, Kelly (Jeff) Moye; step-children, Carrie (Byron) Coombs, Albert Kauslick; 11 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and 2 step-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (Portage Lakes), 3326 Manchester Road, Akron, OH 44319. A private family service will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
