Marian Margaret Blanco

Marian (Smiley) Blanco, 89, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 5th. She loved her three boys and grandchildren dearly. Marian worked for Roadway Express for 21 years.

Marian was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Bill Blanco; parents, Joe and Erma Smiley; and brother, Joe Smiley. She leaves behind her three sons, Joe, Bill (Becki), and Gary; six grandchildren, sister, Jean Meidlinger; brothers, Bob and Bill Smiley; and many other family and friends.

Family and friends may call at Bacher Moore Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd., Akron on Friday, February 11th, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A funeral service will begin at 11am. Interment will be at Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Peninsula. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
