Marilyn Higgins

Marilyn D. Higgins , 79 of Wadsworth, passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Marilyn was born in Barberton, OH to the late Louis and Evelyn (Bohrer) Stewart and lived in the Wadsworth area since 2010. She served in the US Army Reserves and attended the University of Akron.  She retired from PPG after 40 years of service.

Along with her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Shackelford .  She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Kenneth R. Higgins ; son, Russell (Michele) Hall of Orville, OH; step-daughters, Vickie (Bryan) Banks and Leslie Higgins ; sisters, Cheryl O'Sullivan of Canton, OH, Karen Lemley of Stow, OH, and Cindy Knat of Massillon, OH; grandchildren, Allana and Olivia Hall , Sarah (Brandon) Tilly , Jenna Burg , Mathew Higgins , Joseph Smith , Zachary (Kayla) Smith , and niece, Melinda (Chris) Wooding .
