Matthew "Matt" Dennis

Matthew "Matt" Dennis, 63, peacefully passed away after a short illness on Monday, September 11, 2023.

Matt was born Wednesday, December 9, 1959 to Harold and Mary (Weber) Dennis and lived in the North Hill area most of his life. He worked for Kent Automation as an Electrical Engineer/Programmer. Matt was an avid car enthusiast, and loved watching Nascar and Football with his friends. He loved all categories of trivia and loved listening to rock and roll music.

Matt was preceded in death by his life long friend, Chuck Fueston. He is survived by his parents, Harold and Mary Dennis; Significant Other, Judith O'Neill; sisters, Amy Hughlett, Julia (Steve) Poindexter, Carol Morris; brother, Hal Dennis; dear friends, Lamont (Margaret) Cunningham, Sarah (Chunk) Morganti; lifelong friends, James (Tami) Mangina, Bob Mangina, Larry Pritt; and many other loving nieces, nephews and friends.

A private family service will be held in his honor. A celebration of life will be held at the Northside Saloon at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that you would plant a memorial tree to honor Matt.
