MANCHESTER/MONROE, N. CAROLINA - Michael Edward Braucher, 57, passed away at his home on July 26, 2022. He was born March 4, 1965 in Barberton, Ohio to the late Dale and Delores Braucher.

Mike was preceded in death by his son Aaron Michael Braucher; parents, Dale P. and Delores (Duriez) Braucher; grandparents, Dale M. and Milvada Braucher;
Harold and Fay Duriez; sisters, Laura L. Harpster and Julie Perrera; and nephew
Josh Perrera.

He is survived by daughter Emily Abel and son-in-law Joe Abel, grandchildren
Bayleigh, Abigail, Camrynn, Brycen, Carter, and Xavier Abel, Aiden and Alexa
Braucher; sister Kerry Perkins and brother-in-law Randy Perkins, nephews, Nick,
Jake, and Matthew Perkins, brother-in-law Bob Harpster, niece, Samantha
Harpster, nephew Chris Perrera, friend Randy Pressley and his family, his Tyson
work family in North Carolina, numerous other family members and friends,
brother, Mark.

Mike was a 1983 graduate of Manchester High School. He was employed at
Tyson in Monroe, N. Carolina for the last 17 years as a welder/fabricator. He was previously employed at Case Farms and Kenmore Construction. He loved to spend time with his family and friends, he always had a great story to tell and the story usually made you laugh until you cried, he loved telling stories about when his kids were little especially the one where Emily walked home from kindergarten, he was an avid hunter since he was a young boy, enjoyed shopping for antiques, collecting arrowheads, and Bengal cats, he recently bought a Bengal kitten after his 17-year-old Bengal passed away. Mike loved his yearly tradition of coming home to Ohio for Thanksgiving cooking a capon, pheasant hunting, Black Friday shopping with Kerry, Laura, and Martha, deck parties, shopping with Nick for antiques and arrowheads, and trips to Amish country. In the past few years, he also came home at Christmas and in the summer, he will truly be missed by all that knew him! His family would like to thank all his friends, landlords Mike and Barbara, and co-workers in N. Carolina for being his extended family, he loved and appreciated you all.

Cremation has taken place; the family will have a private celebration of life at
their convenience.
