Mildred M. Hamilton

Mildred M. Hamilton, 95, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

Mildred was born Sunday, May 22, 1927, to the late Alexander and Lona (Fredrick) Rafalowski and lived in Norton for 63 years. She retired as a registered nurse and loved quilting, crossword puzzles, playing solitaire, and working on genealogy.  She served the Child Evangelism Fellowship hosting local clubs at her home and teaching the teachers' training classes.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hamilton; and son, Ted Hamilton.  She is survived by her daughters, Susan Hamilton and Anne (Robert) Carpenter; son, Richard (Liz) Hamilton; daughter-in-law, Karen Hamilton (Paul Bloom); 5 grandchildren and spouses; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 10:15 A.M. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Rev. Bud Couts Officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Child Evangelism Fellowship, 310 Orchard Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 or Goss Memorial Church, 2247 11th St SW, Akron, OH 44314.
