Nancy Ann Bisesi

Nancy Ann (Mann) Bisesi, 68, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021.

After a long battle with cancer, during which she was cared for and comforted by her dear daughter-in-law, Joanne, Nancy entered her eternal rest with her Lord and Savior.

Nancy was born in Akron, Ohio, to the late Richard and Virginia (Carruthers) Mann and lived in the Akron area most of her life. Nancy was a longtime member of Saint Martha Parish (now Blessed Trinity Parish) on North Hill in Akron.  In 2014, she became a member of Our Lady of Victory Parish in Tallmadge.

Nancy is survived by son, Thomas “T” (Joanne) Bisesi, grandchildren, Dominic, Danielle, Nathan, and Natalie; brothers, Richard J. (Penny) Mann and Tom (Bobbi) Mann; and many loving nieces and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 12th at 11:00 AM.  Please be aware that COVID-19 protocols such as physical distancing and the wearing of masks or other facial coverings will be required for the safety of all.  Since Church seating capacity is limited, the Mass will be live streamed on the Parish’s Facebook page :https://www.facebook.com/ourladyofvictorychurchtallmadge.

To the Mann & Bisesi Family,

My deepest heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Nancy. I met Nancy at 8 Point Bistro in Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone there loved her. She enjoyed dancing, music and jazz. Nancy was a great dancer and knew every line dance. She lived her life to the fullest. Covid-19 hit and then I hadn't seen her at 8 Point when we all went back out. I just found out last week that she had been ill and the owner of 8 Point and I reached out to her to let her know we were thinking of her and praying for her. We were saddened to hear she passed away a few days later.

Uplifting you and your family in prayer.

God Bless,

Angela Brown

As a kid we visited Uncle Dick and Aunt Virginia with my grandparents(Tom and Helen Carruthers). I have fond memories playing with Nancy, Richie and Bo. Nancy, I'm glad we got together back in December and talked about the good old days. Have fun in heaven I am sure you had an army of family waiting on your arrival. To your son and family and your brothers and family may God watch over you as you grieve but may the memories always make you smile. With love, your cousin, Kathy Carruthers.
