Randy M. Austin

Randy M. Austin, 65, ran into the arms of Jesus on January 21, 2022. He was born October 28, 1956 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Raymond and June Austin. Randy attended Canfield schools and graduated from Berlin Center Western Reserve. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in law enforcement administration. He spent most of his working career in the automotive industry as a manufacturer’s representative with his best years being with CarQuest. He especially enjoyed working with NASF with which he earned many recognitions. Randy attended Old North Church in Canfield, The Chapel in Akron, and more recently, Grace Church in Norton. Randy was a kind, warm and gentle man who loved to make people laugh and cook ribs for family gatherings. He dearly loved his family, extended family and friends and he will be greatly missed.

Randy was preceded in death by his brothers, Ron and Don. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Susan; son, Mark Austin; daughter, Katie (Travis) Cooper; grandchildren, Austin and Elliott Cooper; brother, Alfy (Karen) Austin; and many loving and wonderful nieces, nephews and their families.

Friends may call at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd., Norton on
Friday, January 28, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Grace Church – Norton Campus, 3970 S. Cleveland-Massillon Rd., Norton on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
