Ray C. Foldi

09/0/Ray C. Foldi, 70, passed away July 3, 2008. Ray was born in Mingo Junction, Ohio and lived in the Akron area for the last 47 years. He was a member of the Glaziers Locals 1162 in Akron and 181 in Cleveland. Ray's greatest joys were his children and grandchildren. His favorite pastime was hunting and fishing. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Dora; children, Bruce (Rebecca) Foldi and Lynn (Robert) Knabe; grandchildren, Kristopher and Lauren Knabe and Mitchell Foldi; sisters, Mary (Joe) Salerno and Cora Huffine; brother, William Foldi; and many other loving family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 5 pm at HENNESSY-BAGNOLI FUNERAL HOME, 936 N. MAIN ST., AKRON. A private burial will take place at the convenience of the family. Because of Ray's love of animals, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary, 5623 New Milford Rd., Ravenna, OH 44266.
