Ridley Payne Pruitt

Ridley Payne Pruitt, 89, passed away on January 21, 2018.  He was born September 5, 1928 in Crab Orchard, TN to the late William and Pauline Pruitt.  He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was the owner of Pruitt Construction for over 45 years and built numerous auto dealerships throughout Northeast Ohio. He was a member of Northside Christian Church in Wadsworth. He was a friend of Bill W. for over 57 years.                                    

Ridley is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bonnie; daughter, Brenda Pruitt; sons, Jay (Tammye) Pruitt, Paul (Sharon) Stoyanov; granddaughter, Daphne, special niece, Irene (John) Hanagofsky; many other family, friends, and colleagues.

Friends may call at Bacher Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Rd. on Thursday, January 25, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday, January 26, 2018, at Northside Christian Church, 7615 Ridge Rd. Wadsworth at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior, Pastor Robin Hart officiating.
