Rita Graber, 85, loving wife and mother, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
Rita was born Friday, May 21, 1937 to the late George and Mary (Mercer) Lawrence. She was a faithful member of Community Church of Portage Lakes. Rita was the founder of the Stitch by Stitch knitting group.

Rita is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Gary Graber; daughters, Karen Oyler Knowles, Gail (Ken) Vechik, Lisa (Chad) Tope; grandchildren, Sarah Vechik, Mason Tope; sister, Marilyn (John) Baker; nieces, Cheryl Baker, Melanie Baker; great-niece, Charlotte Wiseman; and many other loving family and friends.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm, Friday, January 6, 2023 at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (Portage Lakes), 3326 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44319, with Pastor Mike Rybka Officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 6, 2023, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home. A luncheon will be held following at Community Church of Portage Lakes.
