Robert Ray Heimbach

Robert Ray Heimbach, 90, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023.

Robert was born Sunday, January 15, 1933 to the late Edward  and Beulah (Johnson) Heimbach. He worked as a teacher and retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber after 30 years of service, as well as was a real estate agent. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1954 with a  Bachelors in education and was a member of the Free Masons for over 50 years. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed traveling with his wife Sandra, his sweetheart to whom he has been married to for 63 years. He loved spending time with his wonderful family.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Delores Heimbach; daughers, Cindy (Bradley) Antill, Wendy Cundiff; grandchildren, Jennifer (Dustin) Cundiff-Venables, Jillian (Jeremy) Cundiff-Milford, Robert Cundiff, Josiah (Haley) Antill, Zachariah (Beth) Antill; great-grandchildren, Jeydan Antill, Hanalee Antill, Luke Antill, Selah Antill, Chandler Antill, Jeremy Milford, Lily Milford, Duke Venables, Theodore Venables, Jillian Venables, Caden Antill; and many other loving family and friends.

Funeral Service will be on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 12:00 PM, at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home (Norton), 3250 Greenwich Road, Norton, Ohio 44203, with Pastor Josiah Antill Officiating.  Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Robert 's final resting place will be Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with a Graveside Service Officiated by Reverend Adam Marquette.
