Robyn Lee Becker

Robyn Lee Becker, 76, loving mother and grandmother, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

Robyn was born Wednesday, March 19, 1947 to the late Marlin and Phyllis (Snyder) Schultz and lived in the New Franklin area all of her life. She worked as a candy striper at Akron General Medical Center and then became a nurse and eventually worked for Health Haven Nursing Home. Robyn was a faithful member of Lakeview Christian Church. She loved to garden and being around her family and friends, everyone viewed her as a very loving and caring person. Robyn was also a brown belt in karate and soft style tai chi. 

In addition to her parents, Robyn was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Becker. She is survived by her boyfriend, Tony; sons, Thomas (Traci) Becker, Timothy (Jeannette) Becker; grandchildren, Jon, Larry of Reno, NV, Madison (Scott), Nicholas (Ashley), Katie (Joshua), Alyssa; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Gabby; sisters, mirror twin Robyn Lynn VonGunten, Vickie Bernish, Janet (Cork) McKenzie; sister-in-law, Judy; niece, Rikki; friends, Reita and Jim Novkov, Sherri Hinkle; cats, Ripley and Newt; friends, Nancy (Terry), John (Susan) and Ron; neighbors, Evonne (Randy), Hanna; and their dog, Titan; other neighbors, Donna, Sidney, and Jim (Kay).

The family would like to give a special thanks to June and the rest of the nurses at Summa Hospice, as well as everyone at Lakeview Christian Church.
