Ronald Patrick Leonino

Ronald P. Leonino, 59, passed away peacefully Jan. 31, 2010. Born March 20, 1950, Ron was a graduate of ManchesterHigh School and a respected 35 year member of the Operative Plasterers and Cement Mason International Local 109 of Akron. He retired from the local in 2005. Ron loved his family, friends, neighbors and community. He adored his grandchildren. He loved to read and keep up with current events. Through his love and laughter he left a warm and enduring trail of kindness and good to which we can all aspire to emulate. Ron is preceded in death by his father, Cosmo; and nephew, Richard McPeek. He will be deeply missed by his mother, Agnes; son, Aaron (Lisa); grandchildren, Dominic, Maria and Gianna; brothers, Mike (Marcia), Tom (Kim) and Jim; sisters, Laura (Michael) Labak, Sarah (Richard) McPeek, Nancy (Mark) Rachocki and Kathy (Robert) Gottschick; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, 9:30 am at St. Anthony Church, 83 Mosser Place, Akron. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 pm at Hennessy-Bagnoli Funeral Home, 936 N. Main Street, Akron. Ron's final resting place will be HolyCrossCemetery. There will be no visitation on Friday.
