BARBERTON - Rosalie M. Denham, age 88, of Barberton, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Pleasant View Health Care Center.

She was born in Spencer, WV on September 3, 1934 to the late Oren Tanner and Zada (Starcher) Tanner. Rosalie retired from the Barberton Citizens Hospital, where she was active in her AFSCME union local and served on the Barberton Labor Council. She enjoyed sewing and camping. She was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Denham; brother, Merdis Tanner; and sister, Rosetta Harbert.

Rosalie will be sadly missed by her family; sons, Earnie, Gary (Leslie) and Arthur (Audrey); grandchildren, Kevin (Carolynn) Denham, Courtney (Bryan) Chenal and Matthew Denham; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Bacher-Moore Funeral Home, 3250 Greenwich Road, Norton on Thursday, March 30, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm with service following at 12:30 pm, Chaplain Robin Adair officiating. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery.
