Rose M. Mazanek

Rose M. Mazanek, nee Disciscio Nov. 1, 1924 - Apr. 1, 2009 Rose was born in Hastings, PA. She lived most of her adult life with her husband Charlie in Akron's North Hill area. Rose is preceded in death by her husband Charlie. She is survived by her brothers, Albert (Dolly) Disciscio of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert (Donna) Disciscio of Sun City AZ; sister, Louise Henico of Tallmadge, OH; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 11:30 am at St. Martha Church, 300 E. Tallmadge Ave., Akron. Visitation will be ONE HOUR PRIOR to mass time at the church. Rose's final resting place will be Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Martha Church, American Cancer Society or a veteran's organization of one's choice.
