Ive known Shawn his whole life we grew up two houses away from each other. Every thing I could say about him was covered by his son on the go fund me page and it was all true. As a kid Shawn was my little buddy I feel like he looked up to me though I wasnt always a great role model he always called me AarNeN his mom continued to call me that for years . I remember once he was in little league I told him Id give him 5$ per home run he hit at his game that stinker went and hit 5 home runs in one game and I gave him the 25$ Shawn was such a cute bright eyed sweet kid he cared about the ones he loved. I need to add that 13 years ago I started making and recording music and Shawn was literally one of my biggest supporters every time I made a new song he always got one of the first copies and I could ALWAYS count on a brutally honest opinion from him if it stunk he would tell
Me. I put out four full length CDs and Shawn got the first copy each time and he always made me sign them which I always did. Some may say he had his demons the last 6-7 years but whom among us doesnt . This guy was as kind hearted as they come and very very loyal. Every time Im on the hill I would try to drive through the old street to see if him or Robbie were out last time I saw him he was helping the Grubs work in their yard I wish I saw him more after that . Shawn passed away in the same basement he ,myself, Robbie and my Brother shared many many laughs and a few crazy times in. My heart goes out to Debbie,Ed, Robbie ,Devin and the rest of the family. Shawn was a good guy and he will be missed. With Love Aaron ( AarNeN) Moritz
