Stewart Glenn Smith

Stewart G. Smith, 65, passed away Feb. 9, 2009 from complications of congestive heart failure. Stewart was born in Akron, OH and lived in the area all his life. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. with over 40 years service. Stewart is preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Florence Smith; and sisters, Barbara Smith and Sylvia Copeland. He is survived by his son, Steven Smith; daughter, Simone Smith; and grandson Collin Primm. Funeral service will be Thursday, 2:00 pm at HENNESSY-BAGNOLI FUNERAL HOME, 936 N. MAIN ST., AKRON. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Stewart's final resting place will be Glendale Cemetery.
