William (Bill) Korpp, 90, a lifelong resident of Akron, Ohio passed away on May 29, 2023 after a short illness.  

Bill is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Dolores Ross Korpp and his parents Anna and Chester Korpp.   He is survived by his sister-in-law, Shirley Ross Nixon and his niece, Laura Nixon.  

Bill worked his entire career at the Goodyear Aerospace until he retired after 30 years of service.  Bill was always there to help any person with anything they needed and enjoyed his volunteer work at Barberton Hospital.  

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 10 am. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 83 Moser Place, Akron, Ohio 44310.  Internment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the charitable organization of donor’s choice.
