As a resident of North Hill and a graduate of North High School I have been going to the Windsor Pub since 1979. In all of this time Bill has always treated me withe kindness and respect. I will dearly miss his smile, wave, firm handshake and respectful conversations we have shared throughout the many years. I have always considered Bill, Cheryl and Rick to be family to me.
